Muay Thai Niagara is an amazing gym full or energy and passion. Kru Rogers and his coaches are very welcoming and professional. Their passion for their art is inspiring and the respect they show their athletes truly makes you feel like you are part of their team. I highly recommend checking them out if you want to learn the art of Muay Thai or just want to get in shape.
I just had my sons 7th birthday party there. They exceeded my expectations. This was by far the most organized birthday party and all the kids had a blast! The staff were excellent with the kids, made sure everyone was included, being respectful, safe and having fun!
I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the trainers. I was given a very grim outlook on my future. This gym has given me a completely different outlook on what my future. They have made me believe in myself and realize that if I put in the work that there isn’t anything that I can’t do. I have received so much support from all of the staff here as well as all my fellow members it truly is an extension of my family
Tonight I came into the gym with absolutely zero energy. A 10 hour workday in heavy industrial construction can do that to you, especially after a super long Canadian winter. 1 1/2 hours later I left at max energy ready go out and have fun for the reminder of the night. This gym is a real treasure. The coaches are professionals and expert at teaching. Focused every session. But I have experienced such excellence before. There is more there. The coaches seems so personal, even when the gym is packed. The entire group in the gym as whole is worked into this energetic fighter spirit. And yet I don't get whipped up into a frenzy because I get yelled at, or intimidated or shamed. No, it's because Kru radiates this energy out of every pore of his being. And he continuously asks for energies back. "NO SLACKNESS" he commands. How does he do it? Every time? I don't know and I don't care if I ever figure it out. It just is, a extraordinarily competitive and energetic environment. Yet with so much passion and happiness. Is it "magic"? Quite possible. The competitive athletes are amazing. They have no attitude with nothing to prove. But what they do prove to me is a quality of highest character. They are naturals at scaling back the intensity when I'm paired up with them. Yet just tough enough to shape me into the warriors they are. Quite amazing really.
