I love this place! Karina has been the best personal trainer a gal could ask for! She's tough but we have so much fun working out and getting me closer to my goals. Side note... I love how clean the staff keep this place and it's even better that they don't use heavy chemicals on the equipment.

This place is amazing. For training purposes I find it a great spot to buy class packages that don’t expire, so you can switch up your training routine and do a group class! Their walk-in class schedule is posted on their website and many other training programs available. Always feel motivated leaving here! Great exercises, clean, modern facility! Worth coming in and trying it out!!!

Instructors are energetic and personable. The people who go there are nice and have formed a nice little community. Overall it's a fantastic place to be.

Great people... very professional and knowledgable. They create a feeling of community by having small classes or individual personal training and always supporting local charities.
