Exercise machines, stretching area and free weights available. Free on site parking. Octagon Store inside for all your MMA needs. Lodge upstairs if you are waiting around. Bus stops near by.

I’m by no means an athlete but they treat me with the same respect and care as anyone else. They made me feel welcome. For a guy who hates working out, that’s everything. I actually enjoy going there because I know they’ll be there pushing me to be my best.
