I was sick of the dealership, and after dealing with Hainer's for a few years will never set foot in a dealership again. Harvey has been honest, upfront and told me when I shouldn't bother spending the money. I just had to buy tires for my truck last month and it was way cheaper than last time I replaced them 3 years ago. I just bought winter tires and rims for my car today and saved over $2,000 from what the dealer wanted for the same package.
