(October 29, 2019, 4:52 pm)Overall, they were friendly and service was reasonably quick. My only complaint is that once you drive in, they have no signs nor did anyone indicate what happens next so I didn't know if I needed to stay in my car or talk to someone. It was pretty awkward, and I noticed I wasn't the only one who was confused. I think having someone greet you when you drive in or even a sign that says, "Hey, we will be with you in a moment, so just wait in your car" would be good.
(September 20, 2019, 5:36 pm)I got a Ford Focus Hatchback in 2015 and have been going here for service ever since. I love that no appointment in necessary for routine maintenance like oil changes. Any time I've had something bigger that needed to be done, I'm always able to book in quickly, and the service is always done promptly (often before the quoted time). I'm also a huge fan of being able to drive inside to drop off the car, especially if the weather isn't great.
