I recently purchased an Audi A4 from this dealership, and the process from start to finish was an absolute joy. From the beginning, Albert Chow worked with me to configure the deal that we needed to suit our growing family and tighter finances. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating, even driving the car from St. Catharines to Toronto, as we were quite busy with a new baby! I truly believe anyone looking for an Audi should check out the St. Catharines location and ask for Albert Chow personally!!

While looking for a car I had gone to a number of Audi dealerships in the Golden Horseshoe and I was most impressed with the experience I had here. I was paired up with Albert from sales who was able to answer all my questions (I research the hell out of big purchases), which was a welcome change from other locations where I left feeling I knew more than the salesperson. I ended up purchasing my vehicle here, and Albert and his team were great. Even on his day off Albert keep in good communication through the purchase process and then to make sure I got it for the weekend, drove my car to me, on the Saturday of a long weekend, taking my trade in back to save me a trip, now that’s customer service! Would definitely recommend to friends.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Nelson, Vince and their team. This was by far for the most stress free, easy and fun experience. They were so accommodating, as it was difficult for me to make my way out there, everything was done over email or the phone with exceptionally quick and thorough responses. They even went above and beyond to deliver the car right to my house. I am so impressed and would recommend Nelson and Vince to anyone.
