“I am from Toronto and looked everywhere for a new vehicle. Everything was over priced and no one was listening to what I wanted in a vehicle. Let’s just say I wasted a lot of time. I then thought why not go to CMH where I bought my Pontiac many years ago that lasted me well over 300,000 km and looked brand new when I bought it. I went to CMH and a very nice man Lorri helped me. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me a few that were in my budget that ticked off all of my needs. I bought my beautiful 2017 Ford Escape that is the best car I have ever owned. I met the very friendly owner who showed me all the prices for these vehicles all over Ontario and it was one of the best priced Ford Escape with no accidents on record. They made sure everything was perfect before I took control of the SUV and told me to call them if anything goes wrong. I felt like I was in very good hands. This is my first SUV and every time I get in it I feel happy. My boyfriend also loves the vehicle so much that he takes it to work and calls it his car and I get stuck with the Dodge Ram. I highly recommend getting your used vehicle from CMH as I have now had 2 great experiences with them.”

“Umm... originally went in as a normal bad guy, ask sales questions and may eventually buy from one of my friend from another dealership. I m looking for an used 750. Until, met Jason, knows about cars inside and out, I got no questions that he can’t answer since I m in automotive industry too and I think I know cars. Process is fast, no waste of time, no any clue of tricky deal or they try to do something because of they think you don’t know cars. So... 100% transparent process. Financing works fast too, Denise tells you what to buy and what not to. Fast response, both sales and financing department. Overall trustworthy, but more important is they don’t take advantage of you because of they think you know/ don’t know cars. That’s pretty rare in our world now.”

My only complaint is that once you drive in, they have no signs nor did anyone indicate what happens next so I didn't know if I needed to stay in my car or talk to someone. It was pretty awkward, and I noticed I wasn't the only one who was confused. I think having someone greet you when you drive in or even a sign that says, "Hey, we will be with you in a moment, so just wait in your car" would be good.”

“I had a very positive experience with a recent auto purchase with Mars. I had a vehicle in mind which I came to see and test drive. I returned the following day and Faisal was fine with me taking the car to my mechanic for a check-over. The few issues, which likely would have been caught in the certification process anyway, were all taken care of as part of the purchase. Once we got the car home, we noticed that one direction of the side mirror adjustment button was not functioning and had been missed during certification.
