Staff not so helpful, they will watch you but won't ask if you require help. This store legit has everything you could possibly need from a hardware store. I recommend if you need help don't wait for it to come just ask.

I can't say enough positive things about this store....every experience I have had has been amazing. They are so helpful, especially Gerry. He never gets rattled no matter how many people are vying for his attention. He easily saved me $50 today by helping me fix my sprinkler head as opposed to replacing it, which is what I originally thought I would have to do.

Amazing service and staff! Been shopping here a lot recently and staff are so amazing, they helped me bring my large items to the car and even called other stores for me to find items I was searching for. Great advice and help for any home renos too
