Terrible. Took forever to come out(months) then rescheduled about 3 times, finally came back to do the final inspection and told us to wait until next year so we could get a bigger rebate, rescheduled about 2 more times, and then stopped returning communication. It has been over 1.5 years. He should lose his ability to be an energy auditor.
Sean is terrible at getting back to people. He was supposed to have submitted our assessment to the government rebate program back in February, and it's now November. He keeps telling us there are issues with it and now he won't return our calls.
