To the young.lady that took our order today...and told us she could not have espresso because she is pregnant!!!

You gave one of the best.customer service experiences I have had in years.
As a former head office employee I know what exceptional service is and it has been a long time since I have seen this!

I've been to at least a dozen Timmy's in 6 provinces and it's usually a 4 1/2 star experience - quick, tasty, and inexpensive. This location was slower than usual, not as clean, items were unavailable, there was no bacon in the Bacon Grilled Cheese, and they forgot an order of Hash Browns. All the food was barely warm.

Great place for lunches and a chat with a bff.

I have to assume you are not Canadian if you are reading up on this establishment, love it or dislike it, a large portion of Canadians from coast to coast as well as PEI, Newfoundland and any other Canadian place I unintentionally neglected to mention, would agree that Tim Hortons is part of modern Canada's social identity. Personally I prefer Starbucks but do appreciate how Tim Hortons has become synonymous with Canadian society and culture. I also have great respect for all the good people that would never be quite the same should it hypothetically ever disappear.
