Helped me get the best price for shipping, packaged my items to a such a high standard id be surprised if the manufacturer could do better! And were so patient waiting for me to get everything together on my end, and the first time I dealt with them was over Christmas too! The second time was just now and everything was super easy and I got some really good deals! The live auction format is really easy to use as well. I can't wait for the next one!
