We recently relocated to Niagara Falls. Britain Mechanical was recommended by a friend to service our A/C and furnace. The service techs were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Recommendations to save money and repair necessary parts was throughly explained and written information provided. Waiting for parts, replacement fireplace we were always kept informed of the status of the procurement of items. In summary we are most impressed with Jim and his team. Jim and his team went above and beyond my expectations on the installation. As someone else commented, they do not cut corners. They are more likely to fix others mistakes so that they can with confidence stand behind their work.

Jim and the team were professional, had a fantastic attention to the little details and delivered a finish job that truly demonstrated their pride and professionalism in the work they do.

I will definitely have Britain Mechanical back out to design and install the hot water heating system later this year.

These guys are great. Honest, clean, on time, great workmanship. They don't cut corners and you are dealing directly with the owner. Would definitley recommend and use again

Jim and his apprentice were punctual and very friendly. He was fantastic with his correspondence. Their work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with their installation and I would be happy to hire them again.
