“Garden City Construction recently completed a main bathroom renovation for us. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Paul and his team handled all aspects of the job very well including the plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tiling. This made the renovation much easier on us because we didn't have to coordinate the different trades. They were very professional, organized, responsive, flexible, friendly and polite. They showed up on time for all appointments and each day on the job. Our quote was dropped off in our mailbox the day after Paul looked at the job. After the majority of the work is complete and the contractor has moved on to another job, it is usually difficult to get them to come back and finish the loose ends. But in our experience with Paul, if we asked him to come back to do something, he was there the next day to finish the job. Garden City Construction exceeded our expectations with very skilled workmanship at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any home renovation.”
