Highly recommended! I believe this is the best used car dealership in the Niagara Region. Being part of bigger auto group and high volume they are fairly priced with professional services. I had my transaction with Matt who had been very humble, honest and very professional who made my transaction very smooth and pleasant. Unlike my past experiences finance manager was very quick and to the point- she didn’t waste my time pushing for warranty purchases- though all the important info relevant to the warranty was communicated to me.

Bought a Toyota Matrix here a while ago from Matt. He was great, answered all of our questions, and made sure the car was in great shape when I came to pick it up a few days later (they had just acquired it the day we came in looking). Chuck in the financing department made things easy to understand, walked us through the entire financing process, and gave us advice about general car maintenance as well.

Just very friendly service from start to finish. There were a few minor deficiencies with the vehicle that I noticed in the first week of driving (cosmetic), but I brought it back in and everything was touched up on the spot without any hassle, and with a smile! Thanks guys, Ill definitely be back in the future when Im ready for a second car!
