Graham is a fantastic agent. I dont do well with technical terms, he broke it down so I can truly understand my coverage. He mentioned discounts I was privileged to, saving me money. He spoke to me via phone and email with very pleasant tones. He made switching my insurance an easy process, something that's very valuable to me. He wasn't a pushy sales man, he understood what it is like to be a consumer. Highly recommend him.
