I had full confidence in her skill and that she would take care of me. She explained the issues, and her care was excellent. “Nothing but good experiences! Always can get an appt same day with a nurse practitioner- and she will consult my doctor if needed. Never wait more than 15 mins to see the doctor. My whole family has switched there. These comments about the front desk are not accurate - Im sure if you are speaking rudely to them they are not going to be kind back to you. They have always been happy and easy to communicate with. The urgent care after hours clinic is great too. I have waited max 25 mins to see the doctor for that which is much better than any other urgent care or walk in clinic I have been to. The doctor is never rushing me and is thorough as far sending me for any tests I may need. Its a great office!”

“I would like to say he is one of the only physicians who listen to my concerns. I don’t self-diagnose as I am not trained as a physician. That is what he is trained to do. His caring, matter of fact manner and attention to detail indicated by the questions he asks help to get to the issue, while maintaining your dignity and treating you like a person. People need to be educated about health issues and make an effort. He is a very good physician not a miracle worker. There are rules and procedures that he must follow in taking on new patients. Find out about it instead of complaining. Kudos to his assistant Pam who is fabulous, caring, respectful, respects your privacy and is very knowledgeable. She is the “heart” of the office. Five star treatment from both.”

“Dr Amin has performed many surgeries, all successful on my collapsed ear drum since I was a child. Even decade later she is still my specialist and I saw her today for a re collapsed ear drum. Shes excellent with kids, shes thorough and explains well. She is very talented and really knows what shes talking about. The hearing test specialist was very empathetic and soft spoken and kind. While her reception area is difficult to get a hold of via phone and her receptionist abit curt, it is all to run a successful clinic as they do. Strict rules on no food and drink in clinic. There should be an attached a video I took of how to get to her door from the entrance as she is in a building with many others. In short, I would highly recommend Dr Amin, she herself is spectacular and talented ears nose and throat specialist regardless of how put off you may be with how put off you may by stern reception.”
