(March 12, 2019, 10:57 pm)Temporary crown came off while visiting family 3 hours away from home, they took me in immediately, gently cemented it back on (it was incredibly sensitive) and billed my insurance directly so I didnt even have to pay up front. Very surprised by the negative reviews. All staff I met were very polite and friendly.

(January 19, 2018, 7:15 pm)After trying out 7 Dentist places in Ontario. This is by-far the best Dental Clinic I and my family like. Dr. Rashid and his staff are always great with our family. I never had a bad experience here. I am not sure why this place has a 3.0 star rating. People of Welland don't know better I guess! Anyhow, if you are cheap and don' really care about the quality; then go somewhere else. But if you are someone like me, who is really picky and particular about teeth - These people are the best. Yes, you pay a little more, but there are no mess ups! You will walk out tension free!
