(April 3, 2019, 4:43 pm)This is in response to Fern Pasquale's review. Mr. Pasquale did not purchase his windows from us. He purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Our company sells the same product. We agreed to help Mr. Pasquale with a warranty claim. After sending the manufacturer the report on behalf of Mr Pasquale, our involvement ended. The manufacturer denied his claim. Your issue is between you and the manufacturer of the windows. This has nothing to do with Crowland Sash.

From product ordering to warranty coverage the staff at Crowland Sash and Frame makes the process seamless and efficient. Would highly recommend their services and products they supply.
