These guys are incredibly accommodating. I just called the day of needing a vehicle for the weekend and needed a large sized vehicle with no reservation. I know they can't control what they have available but they didn't hesitate to take the time and exceed my expectations. They started me off with a mid-sized but 7 seater and then ended up with a Tahoe because of a cancellation!

Have always been treated very well here when I’ve rented a truck through insurance due to people who can’t drive running into my trucks. Staff is fun and laid back, but professional. Always feel good leaving there. And when I’ve returned vehicles, they’re not super nitpicking about everything, so I’m not worried about them trying to pin any damages or extra charges into me later.
I’m sure I’ll be back sooner than later to rent again with how more and more people drive these days!

Awesome service. Ladies in office were great. Even called days after I was in and rented truck make sure was happy with vehicle and had no issues or questions. Picked me up dropped me off promptly. Truck was pristine and well maintained. Rented from alot of places before and best service I have had yet by far. Ladies in Welland store are polite, professional down to earth and courteous. Will definitely use this location from now on. Two thumbs up!!!
