It’s not easy finding healthy options when I need to buy my lunch. This place uses amazingly fresh and high quality ingredients. Homemade dressings - do I need to say more?? I’m not vegetarian or vegan but this place makes all of its options so flavourful!! I’d rather eat this than anything else in the area! Thank you Seeds for keeping me healthy when I need to buy my lunch.

Second time coming here. Menu is way more diverse now. I’m off my vegan kick but this place is making me reconsider. Fresh flavours. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Dr. Micheal Greger would be proud.

So good. We just seen it driving around and stopped in for lunch. My husband is planning on going plant based when we get home. He said this is the kind of stuff he could eat all the time

For a person who is trying to transition vegetarianism this place definitely encourages me! The thai bowl is so good and fresh and the service is fast as well. Will definitely continue coming back here!
