Such a friendly and cozy atmosphere...complete with a coffee bar and books! The owner shares a wealth of knowledge with you and backs it up with the best products in town. I highly recommend a biofeedback session with Sarina as you will learn so much about your existing health...A MUST!!!

Natures goodness is a lovely store. The owner is very friendly and generous. I went in for a donation for a fundraiser, she automatically donated a beautiful salt lamp. Very clean store. Lots of variety. However I can’t say enough about her caring nature. She was truly interested in the cause and offered her support unconditionally. Definitely do my health needs shopping there.

Had a great experience here. Stopped for water after putting 60km on the bike in 40 degree heat. Turns out they didn’t sell bottles of water so the store owner offered us free coconut water to keep us going. Excellent customer service! Will have to stop in again next year.

I've been to many a health food store over the years, and very few have that "healthy" vibe. If you're looking for a store that has a great atmosphere and want to feel that the person you're dealing with is genuinely interested in your visit and what issues that may have brought you in, then Nature's Goodness is the place! Sarina knows her stuff, knows her products and wants to help. This is my go to store now...grateful to have found it.

My all time favourite health and wellness store! The owner is very pleasant and extremely helpful! My 4 year old is so excited when he knows we’re on our way there to get some healthy snacks! Highly recommend going here! Also a very cute and cozy sitting area to enjoy some organic coffee and study or chat!

Our whole family has had a great experience with every product we have purchased here, especially the children’s homeopathic line we have used quietude for both children and it has helped tremendously!!! ❤️
