(February 22, 2019, 8:06 pm)I went through the drive-through today, approx 11a and the employee absolutely shocked me! gave me incredible service, extra friendly, celebrated my choice and went above and beyond every single way. not only was i personally impressed with the energy and passion she shared with me through the drive through speaker no less, i could hear her share that same experience with the cars behind me as well! she was clear, loud and happy to be working today. in a job let alone a job like timmies it is so easy to turn into a "robot" and just do your job on repeat, Kathleen was not like that in the slightest and if i wasn't in the drive through i would of asked to share this with the manager directly! she and her team was incredible!
