(January 12, 2021, 2:16 pm)If you are going to rate this place a 2 or 1 star because of how busy they are and how long it takes to get your drink(s), USE THE MOBILE APP AND PRE ORDER you donkeys! Drive up, walk to door, tell them you're here to pick up, get drink(s) quickly, leave. Rocket Science?
(December 31, 2020, 8:13 pm)Really friendly staff! Wait times are a little crazy right now with the emergence of a Starbucks in Welland, but the baristas are doing amazing at trying to keep up while still giving top notch service! Happy to be a daily regular ☺️
(December 20, 2020, 5:08 pm)Great service. Given that they just opened, we fully anticipated a bit of a wait. The baristas who took our order and payment were super kind and friendly. So happy to have a Starbucks here in Welland!
