Maybe limited items should be available for drive through purchase to keep things fast and simple.

Recently waited a little over 11 mins in drive through. I'm not blaming the staff. I can literally see them rushing around.

Nice cafe like any other Tim Hortons at has good coffee snacks Donuts Timbits sandwiches soups and other Longridge of food items if you are a Canadian you already know what Tim Horton is so same service new location so nice place to hang out to have some cold or hot beverages and do sit and eat
