I needed to rent a 2" submersible pump to drain my pool. I decided to use a local business Welland Equipment Rentals. Service was great, pump worked awesome, finished in under 4 hours. I had enough time to return it before they closed or so I thought. Here I am sitting in the parking lot at 1:40 and the doors are closed gates are locked everybody's gone home. Can't even leave a message as the phone just rings endlessly. Poor business operation.
Why tell me you're there until 2 if your not? Wasted my time.

I have rented here a few times. Equipment seems to be fine. Cheaper to rent larger machines like excavators elsewhere to avoid deliver fees. Other places have them on trailers ready to tow but you also have to know what you’re doing. I did reserve a piece of machinery once and they didn’t have it the day I booked it for but they did offer me a larger one at the same price so all was good. Over all good place to rent and it’s close to home.
