“My heater stopped working during the middle of a snow storm. My brother in law referred me to your company and I was very impressed with Dave and the service he provided on such short notice. After my call Dave promptly arrived and he was able to get my furnace back up and running again in no time. Dave was kind and patient and courteous. Dave provided an easy explanation as to what caused my heater to stop running and shared some tips with me on what to look for going forward should something like this happen again. I truly appreciated the explanation on what filter to use for my furnace as well as checking my humidifier at the same time since it was dry in my home.
