I was told to stay for a class right then and there and I havent looked back since. Everyone is so encouraging and the staff really guides you on your form to ensure safety. “Been going to this gym for over 2 years, out of all the gyms I’ve been to this is the best hands down, very clean place. The staff is friendly, it feels like home when I go to the gym. Not to crowded there at all even when it’s busy. Love this place! If only people under 18 could have 24 hour access hahah”
