So I found myself in a situation where I had to book my own inspection. I was afraid because I had read what others had written about dealing with the city. I was very fortunate because I got Janice. I wrote her like over 10 emails in one day because I had no clue about the process and on top of that I even booked the wrong inspection. Janice not only addressed all of my concerns promptly but went beyond her call of duty to guide me through the process and even fixed my online inspection request after I missed the deadline. I am so happy that I had the pleasure to deal with her and If I could give her 10 stars I would.
