(July 23, 2019, 7:42 pm)I have seen Dr. Chan a numerous times and he has always been so friendly, and understanding. Whenever I asked him a question, he would answer them thoroughly and would never become impatient even if I had to ask him to explain again. Sadly, I had to change doctors, as I live in York Region and Brampton is too far of a commute. But, if commute wasn't an issue, he would still be my doctor!
(April 8, 2018, 6:17 pm)Dr. Chan is reliable, courteous and very professional. His eye exams are thorough as he takes the time to explain to make sure I understand. I would like to commend Dr. Chan for his great work in taking care of my family. I have two young children who loves to see him as he makes the appointment engaging for them, explaining how they can take care of their eyes.
Very grateful to have a knowledgeable optometrist who puts their patients first.
