I've been going to this location for about 3 years and have had quite a few problems with customer service. However, recently I had decided to get a personal trainer and although my training only lasted about 3 months it was an absolutely amazing experience. Some trainers are very pushy and don't listen or truly care about helping you achieve your goal. Jose completely changed the way I view personal trainers. He was friendly, extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation and health problems/restrictions. Jose always made me feel comfortable and put a smile on my face. He went above and beyond with helping me try and reach my goals. Jose was very knowledgeable and always made an effort to help me learn more to better myself. My experience with personal training could not have been better :)
This gym is amazing, always clean and big enough that there’s always space and equipment available. Even during the busiest times.
I’ve been training with Simon Paige for a year now and he’s completely changed my attitude towards fitness. He always made sure to build our workouts around my goals, and if my goals changed so did our workouts. No matter what we did, our workouts were always fun. This is in large part because of Simon’s charm, charisma, and fantastic humor! On top of this, he is considerate and friendly. But this doesn’t mean that his workouts aren’t tough, I’ve never once left a session with Simon without feeling like I’d achieved something great. I would recommend training with Simon to absolutely everyone looking for a personal trainer because he is amazing at his job!

I have been taking training from Kyle Sunga for about six months and he has completely changed my perception about exercise and personal fitness.
Kyle brings rich personal training experience and his methods have helped me get results in just a few months. I started as skinny fat around 58 kg and, in about 7 months, my weight is around 70 kg. Highly recommend training with this jolly beast!
I started working out first time in my life at this gym and so far my experience is so good. I am enjoying working out with my Personal trainer Kulwinder Singh as he motivates and help me with everything. I gained 4 pounds of muscle so far.
I gave 3 starts because I feel so hot at gym. You guys should keep the temperature low as it feels suffocated in here while working out. Please fix this issue so we can enjoy our workout more. Thanks
Excellent gym. Mightily pleased with the services provided by Simon Paige. He surely is the most experienced trainer at the facility and if you are looking for someone for training, I cant recommend him enough as he is the best guy in the business; be it personal training or diet consulting.
