(April 15, 2019, 1:28 am)I came to this gym to see “if the grass was actually greener on the other side” and so far I have liked what I have seen. I spoke to Adam Delima, the guy that got me started at this gym with his trial membership, and so far he has been attentive and accommodating to my needs. If you are looking to even give this gym a try ask for Adam, he is friendly, helpful and most importantly for me… motivating.

There are two women who take pride in doing a professional job and one good male caretaker who also brings dignity to his work. But, more needs to be done .....consistently, especially in the male washrooms.
