Stellar customer service. As soon as I walked in, a staff member put a phone call on hold to ask if I needed any help. As I shopped other staff offered help in a friendly non-intrusive manner.

The big box stores do try at customer service, I don't have any grudge against them, but they are so big that finding staff, or at least one in that department can be a chore. I found this place to be a welcome reminder of what you loose in a massive outlet.

I'll definitely be shopping here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good customer service, and reasonable prices.

Had to find a suitable bathroom exhaust fan. The staff and manager were amazingly helpful and gave me a great price! Will go there for my Reno needs :)
