(April 24, 2019, 11:01 pm)I went to the trinity location and they were not helpful at all. The associates were rude and did not bother to help out even when I was asking for a specific frame. I got irritated with their lack of customer service and went to this location. The associates were a lot more friendly and welcomed me right when I walked in and instantly ordered the frame I wanted when they found out they didn't have it in stock.
