I came in just to get some attention on my hips and Ravi really helped with that and more. I’m much more agile and my posture is better. One thing I appreciate about Ravi is using manual physio techniques to release tension and increase mobility. Yes it does hurt sometimes, but the relief you feel after made it worth it for me.
