We recently purchased a 2017 BMW-X3 from Shawn De Souza at Policaro BMW. It was a very busy 3 day weekend annual sale, but Shawn was very attentive and provided the personal service to meet our high expectations. Overall, Shawn exceeded our expectations in making this a memorable and positive experience. The after sales service was impeccable. This is my 3rd BMW purchase, and Policaro staff made us feel super important and special at the time of the delivery, unlike other dealerships. They unveiled the car with balloons and provided a sense of mystery as they uncover the car draped in a silver satin cloth. The atmosphere was surreal. Alan, the product Genius advisor, provided a thorough tutorial of the ins and outs of your new car technology. Ms. Khan was very helpful in ensuring that our financial expectations were met as well as providing us with additional information that may be suitable for the long term maintenance and care of the vehicle.
