  Recently had an opportunity to purchase my next vehicle from Policaro BMW. It was such a pleasant experience working with Dean Mohammad. Dean and Nelson have been great as they have demonstrated true professionalism and transparency of the process that was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Dean and Policaro dealership. I'm coming back for my other vehicle needs and so are my friends.

  WOW, the service I received from
  Audrey at Policaro BMW was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I’ve purchased new vehicles from Mercedes Benz in the past, and this was my first new purchase from BMW. My experience from the later was horrible, they never explained the vehicle and BMW spent over 2 hours setting up ALL of them, and trust me there are many great functions to the 2019 X5... I really challenged Audrey to add on extras after the fact, and she accommodated me at every turn, THANKS for your patience Audrey!!! I wish I could’ve bought my house from Audrey, as it wasn’t about the money for Audrey, but the SERVICE!!!

  Very good experience from the minute I walked into the dealership. Front desk very welcoming. Manager took the time to thank us for the business. Sales executive Audrey was excellent. Very professional , knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Audrey if you looking for a pre owned vehicle.

  I would like to take this opportunity to just reflect on how spectacular the customer service has been at this dealership. This is now my second time in a year bringing family members personally here to get into their new car. As an automotive enthusiast, I understand what it takes to produce a successful car and BMW has always been (in my eyes) the best in its class. With this being said, you would expect nothing less than perfection from the representatives who are representing such a brand. This is exactly what was delivered, last year I had the pleasure of dealing with Audrey, and this time around I dealt with Reno. The hospitality, professionalism, patience, and respect that these 2 representatives displayed are second to none. They leave no question unanswered, no stone unturned, and make sure that you understand EVERYTHING before making the big decision. There is nothing that that this dealership wont do, when it comes to making you feel like family. I would also like to personally thank Francesco A. Policaro for over viewing the deals of my family and friends, ensuring that the purchase process is as seamless as possible.   Wow! After having some less than ideal experiences with other dealerships, I’ve come to the conclusion that Policaro BMW is definitely one of the best in the business. I’ve had plenty of amazing experiences with both Reno in sales, and Christopher in service. They’ve just implemented a really convenient new system that sends you real time updates of your service through both text message and email. Would recommend highly if you’re looking for the best BMW buying and servicing experience! ????
