I had gastric issues after joining Sai patanjali yoga I am relieved completely from gastric issues. My flexibility also increased alot. Thanks to Gowri such an wonderful yoga teacher and a great person who always encourages and motivate us.
I have found yoga very beneficial throughout my time from starting to do yoga and to now. It has changed my lifestyle and my daily routine. Before I started doing yoga, whenever I had a specific body pain, I was unsure of what to do and what would help it to get better but after I started to learn yoga in classes, I learned the benefits of each pose and I now know what to do when I have a pain. Also, I feel more active after starting yoga. Before, I was feeling lazy and tired in the mornings but in the first few months I learnt yoga, I began to do it everyday in the mornings and it helped to wake me up before going to school and I could gradually see myself being more focused in school and academics. Also, I like some of the challenges that are given in the class such as the fruit challenge which encourages the students to eat more healthy fruit and the practising and informing the teacher challenge which encourages the students more. Yoga has made me feel more positive and happier and I enjoy doing it.
I had thyroid problem for past 10 years.
I was taking a dosage of 75mg tablet. After 2 years I took my thyroid test last week. Today I got the result. To be frank , It was surprise that when Doctor said my thyroid level got reduced and it is below normal and I can even reduce my dosage. I used to try all means of food that will reduce this thyroid level naturally instead of taking this medicine for my whole life. But this was a complete surprise to me that due to yoga it got reduced because I was doing yoga only for past 1 year. I do yoga only 4 days in a week due to time constraint , but that itself has given me a good result . Her explanation on benefits made me to chose the right pose that is needed for my health issue and I cherry pick those and practice daily. My heartfull thanks to her.
I have been learning yoga from her for past one year. I am a corporate person due to which I used to get lot of back pains and stress in muscles often due to sitting for a long time. But after started my yoga with her I never had this complaint. She gives a clear explanation on each and every poses and it’s benefits which really make us utilize more for any health issues we have. Definitely a good spot to start on to have a fit and healthy body.
My kids have been learning Yoga through online for the past many months. Mam has been very professional, patient, and helpful. She is a very good teacher and she makes sure that the class is enjoyable and relaxing. She has always guided them through every step of the way. I would recommend wholeheartedly!
Learning yoga since this year, started as a new year resolution... So far it's been very instructive, educational and very nice experience with 2 classes each week for almost an hour each day. I don't have habit of sitting down usually, my flexibility has been increasing already.
