I have a small Fleet of Trucks and I will go nowhere else other than Surefire Automotive.
I think it's fair to mention that I have gone through so many Mechanics. I m not knocking any of them but let me say, wow, what a stressful experience every time. I know nothing about mechanic stuff. Everytime I dealt with anyone other than Surefire Automotive I have felt helpless and at their mercy. Being left with no choice but accept what s being said and the price that was given.
Scott and his staff are great. I know that they have my back. Their Proffessional and knowledgeable. I mean, they really know their stuff!

As far as I am concerned, this is one of the best places to go, and if you own a Ford it's the best place, even Ford sends vehicles there they can't solve the issues with, excellent work and fair pricing and on time.
Would not know of a better place to take a vehicle.
My husband and I have 3 vehicles between us, and ALL of them go to Surefire. Mine is 18 years old and still on the road because of them, hopefully for a couple more years! They always tell me what NEEDS to be fixed, and what can wait or be left alone, because they don't want us spending too much on these old cars. Scott is honest and extremely helpful, and as a woman I appreciate that he doesn't treat me like I don't know anything. This shop doesn't really advertise, nor are they even really visible from the street. Despite that, they are ALWAYS busy - a great sign that their business comes mainly from customer recommendations. Always call and make an appointment because they ARE popular! 100% satisfied with their service - I always send my friends and family there.
