“Went in on a Thursday around 5-6pm. I walked in and there wasn't a line so I asked an officer behind the main desk where I can get the criminal record check form and he pointed it out and said to take a number after completing the form. Was very polite. After I completed the form and my number was called, I approached the window and had a little conversation with a gorgeous and well spoken woman named Michelle where she had informed me that I had filled out the wrong record sheet as I needed a different one for getting a record suspension. She let me know that when when I am finished completing that form I could go back up to her without taking another number which I appreciated. Will definitely return if I need future services from them.”
