Classic Italian aroma

Amazing Italian pizza!
LOVE IT AND WILL BE GOING BACK!

My family and I had an excellent experience at CIA pizza around a month or two months ago. The hostess Ejsi helped out by taking our orders and to ensure the best quality of service. The manager Adrian went out of his way to recook a steak I ordered, that was well-done instead of medium rare. The duo exemplified excellent customer service! My fiance and I love coming to this restaurant, and when we brought our family they were quick to fall in love with it as well. Food is excellent! One of our favourite places to go! See you tonight ! :)

Though there is good to be said about this restaurant and the staff, there were also areas in which improvements could be made. One of those areas being order accuracy and timeliness, though the pizza was good it was not prepared as ordered and the wait time far exceeded the end result. I would recommend this restaurant for the benefit of the friendly staff, but I leave this comment with feeling that I expected more from my visit and I left with a sense that the service didn't out way the end cost.
