Freightcom has the best rates, better than dealing directly with the Carriers, especially if you are shipping out at less volume. I've used my Freightcom account to ship other items besides products, and the rates were cheaper than Canada Post parcel.
When a customer needed to return a product, it was so simple to book the shipment and send them a shipping label, and have the product picked up from their doorstep. Freightcom has won over my confidence and I'm very pleased with them.
