Going to yoga class for over a year now has been my sanctuary. I truly appreciate the amazing yoga instructors you have been so gracious in helping me understand all the poses and who have helped me feel so rejuvenated after a session. Thank you for helping me realize the gift of yoga!

I have been working out at the studio for about 9 months now, doing 1:1 functional training with Rosie and benefiting from great Lifestyle advice from Jennifer as well. Whether you are pretty fit or haven't been in a gym in years they can help. The team is very skilled, caring and fun. Healthletica is a wonderful resource we are lucky to have in the neighbourhood!

I started going to Healthletica fairly regularly about 1 year ago- the staff are always friend, the facility is always clean, and there is a lot of variety in classes to try! I had never tried hot yoga before this experience and I have to say that I love it! I have participated in a few regular yoga classes since then and I always miss the warmth! The studio is also great at providing knowledge via email or additional classes. I would highly recommend giving hot yoga a go- you will be hooked soon enough!

I started this experience 14 months ago, which has now become a journey. I feel right at home as soon as I walk through the door and always greeted with a friendly hello. Teachers are encouraging, positive and very supportive of whatever your level...... we are very fortunate to have this opportunity in Bolton.
