I was very impressed at how well Charmaine knew her tech stuff and inventory. A year earilyer I asked a gentleman they fit the same item and he didn't even know it existed.
Hats off to Charmaine. She also went out of her way to save me money.

Excellent Customer Service! Walked in to purchase a screen cover for my sons phone and walked out with a new cell phone plan for my whole family which cut my original phone bill in half. Very thorough and transparent. You could tell they weren't just trying to sell me a plan. They analyzed my current phone services and and put my family into one that was twice as good and literally half the price. I can't remember the other lady's name but it started with a J and the Lady Charmaine were very helpful in providing all of the details about the plan. They worked as a team to help us get all three of our phones up and running. Thanks guys! Excellent team work!

Excellent excellent excellent excellent customer service from this Bolton (the source) store. Store manager (Charmaine) spent a lot time with my family going over our cell plans, internet and TV packages. Will be going back whenever I need advice or to make changes. Thank you Charmaine!!
