Retaining Ahmar Khan’s expertise for the sale of my house turned out to be an excellent choice and experience. For me the whole process was over whelming and a bit tense due to my time constrains and the period of year we were in (as Dec is always slow and not a good time for selling house) but Ahmar’s addition to this whole process along with his knowledge and skills made things quite good and smooth for me. I personally found Ahmar very transparent and trustworthy person who was always available when needed for guidance and knowledge sharing. He has brilliant negotiation skills which proved to be very helpful in negotiating the right price of my house. By the end of this whole selling process, I can confidently say that I am quite happy for having a worry free and satisfying selling experience with Ahmar.
