We had an amazing experience working with Charanjit Singh Johal for our first home purchase in Brampton. As a first time home buyer, we had so many questions and were not sure if we could even afford house or not. Charanjit sat with us and noted down all our requirements. He was so patient answering all our questions. We find him very informative about our local area. He analyzed each of our requirement in detail and advised us pros/cons. We realized he will not make us owner of any house but the right house as per our needs. Within couple of days we finalized our deal. It was the best we could ask for in affordable price. He was highly helpful and kept us informed in each phase of buying.
