McKenzie Stephen Dr

Neurologists are far and few in betweeen. After meeting 2 in Windsor and 3 of them here he is the best so far.
I'm happy my file landed on his desk because i don't need a know it all, I need someone with meny years of patients hes met to draw on the signs . It's an incredibly detailed job so it's hard to get right but he asked the right questions . He was tired and I forgot to tell him my history but he got the gist and ordered the 2 MRI'S that I needed.

Dr. Stephen Mckenzie is an excellent doctor who takes the time required to carefully diagnose and explain everything and does not rush you as most doctors do. However, it is next to impossible to contact his office as either nobody picks up the phone and, if I am lucky enough to leave a voice mail, since the voice mailbox is always full, there is never a call back. As a last resort I had to send a fax last month to reschedule my appointment which I tried to do again this morning, since it was not possible to leave a message as the voice mail box was full, but the doctor's office fax seems to be shut off and I could not transmit the fax and I am unable to communicate to the doctor that I will not be able to see him this morning for my scheduled appointment due the sad and sudden demise of a close friend and will have to call back to reschedule.

Wonderful Doctor! Takes time with you and treats you like a human being. I highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable Neurologist, on-time and all staff are very friendly. Convenient location with parking.
