(April 9, 2021, 4:06 pm)I visited this branch while visiting Chinese Centre for shopping for banking inquiries. Although I had no appointment, this staff called Bolun Li was very helpful and introduced some of hsbc's promotions and services. Highly recommend his service!!

If you have an appointment with Orlando, you can be rest assured that he will give the best service, from making and confirming appointments, requesting paperwork over email instead of coming to branch and much much more. I will suggest this particular branch to everyone in my circle.
