Dollar Rent a Car

I had a WONDERFUL experience with Leila and Jamal after encountering a very ignorant employee at the check out kiosk for Dollar at Pearson airport. Leila was so compassionate and patient as my mother in law and I tried to sort out the deposit on her credit card for the rental. She held our reservation and ensured we didn't loose our really good rate that we booked at. Finally 2 hours later we drove off to the funeral we needed to attend in Nova Scotia from Toronto.

Great Service

I booked an SUV online the same day and got a great vehicle, only had to wait for 15 min as they were getting a car of the right size. The process went seamlessly, the attendant was very nice. I definitely will book a car with them again.

I am not sure if it takes normally this long but I spent 1.5 h here until I finally got my car keys. There was only one other person before me... But I got a car upgrade. That was pretty cool and the staff was really nice. During my travels I had no problems at all with the vehicle. Drop-off was quick and easy.
