Friendly staff and efficient. Great value for money. I forgot my Yeti in the vehicle and the lady in the YYZ airport office was able to locate vehicle and they returned it super quickly back to the airport so that I wouldn't miss my flight. Thanks so much!

Great staff. Very competent, and friendly. Although your front desk was understaffed and very busy when I picked up, the lady I dealt with was calm, professional and experienced. She was working as quickly as she could and faced a huge line up by herself. When I dropped off I was greeted like a friend, one man went to get me a cart and another chatted in a pleasant way. I felt like a truly valued customer.
