Working will Milly Feliz Perez has helped me so much. She helps me see how my thoughts affect my behaviours and how I have the power to take charge of them to live my best life. She is understanding and compassionate. Milly helps me set attainable goals for my sessions and we meet every few weeks to discuss those goals and how I'm working towards them. Honestly, without going into personal details, she has helped me find ways of living my best life, especially during these anxiety-inducing times. Cannot recommend working with her enough.
